Ready-made items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders vary depending on complexity, but we'll always provide an estimated timeline before beginning your piece.
Do the boxes and toys use safe finishes?
Yes. We use high-quality, food-safe or toy-safe finishes when appropriate. Also, all pieces are sanded smooth for safety and durability. If you have specific concerns, just let us know.
